These are some of the most frequently asked questions about our cookies, shipping and events.

Shipping

  1. How far in advance do I need to order my cookies online?

    1. ​Orders must be placed more than one week before your desired pickup or shipping date.

  2. What happens if I place the order less than a week in advance?

    1. ​Orders placed 7 or LESS days prior to pickup/shipping date will be charged a short notice fee of 15% of the order total.

  3. How are cookies shipped?

    1. We ship our cookies using the GLS shipping service. They are delivered within 24 hours of leaving our store.

  4. Do you deliver?

    1. ​No, we only offer in-store pickup or shipping through GLS.

 
 

Ordering

  1. Where can I order cookies?

    1. ​You can request a custom order by sending us an email el.cookie.alicante@gmail.com.

  2. How far in advance do I need to order El Cookie online?

    1. We currently only send cookies

  5. How do I pay for my order?

    1. ​After confirming your order we will send you an invoice and you will pay online through the invoice.

  6. Can I order LESS than 12 cookies at a time?

    1. No​
  7. What happens if I change my order less than a week in advance?​
    1. Orders changed 7 or LESS days before the pickup/shipping date will be charged a short notice fee of 15% of the order total.​
 

Events

  1. Where can I find information about events at El Cookie?

    1. All the information is on our events page.

  2. Do I need to pay for your events?

    1. Many of our events are free, but some are paid, such as baking and cookie decorating classes. All the information is on our events page.

  3. How do I register for events?​

    1. Trivia Night on a first-come, first-served basis (no registration), but registration is required for our other events. To do this, visit our events page

 
 

Café

  1. Do you have gluten free options?

    1. Yes. Every day we have gluten-free peanut butter cookies. Every 3 weeks we have "Gluten Free Week" where we have more gluten free options

  2. Do you have vegan options?

    1. No. We have gluten-free and dairy-free options. All our products contain eggs.

  3. Is your cafe dog or pet friendly?

    1. Yes. We allow dogs and pets. Make sure your pet is well behaved and does not cause damage to the cafe or disturb other customers.

  4. Do you have Crumbl Cookies?​

    1. Crumble Cookies is a brand name and not a style of cookies. Since they are also an American brand there may be some similarities between the cookies. We both have unique, interesting, and delicious cookies. ​

Menu picture: text on an image because we are not able to change the text on the image to something more accessible due to budget and lack of developer knowledge. we have our menu posted on our Google Business Page which is accessible and people are able to call and ask about products . Please use the ‘report issue’ button if you encounter an issue.
